Residents and Guests are reminded that the speed limit within the Estate is 10Kms per hour.

The Executive has received complaints about the speed of some cars, especially in the vicinity of the entrance and round-about.
The Executive takes this issue extremely seriously, and will take action against offenders.

In the interests of all Residents and Guests, especially the children, please keep your speed below 10kms per hour - at ALL times.
