Facilities

Norfolk Green has fantastic facilities including the following:

• Clubhouse
• Pergola with BBQ
• Tennis Courts
• Pool
• Common gardens and creek

The use of the facilities by Residents and their Guests is subject to the House Rules.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is a spacious, airy venue for Residents to hold private parties and gatherings.

Bookings may be made using the sheets provided in the Clubhouse, for a fee of $25 and a returnable deposit of $100 (providing no damage is done and the Clubhouse is properly cleaned).
Bookings are from 9-12am, 12-6pm or 6-11pm and are compulsory for parties of 10 or more people.

It consists of the following:

• Open Lounge with alcove
• Private Lounge with fireplace
• Kitchen with fridge, stove and outside serving hatch
• 3 toilets including disabled facility
• Large Patio
• Double doors opening to Tennis Courts, BBQ, Pergola and Pool

Tennis Courts

The Tennis courts can be booked for use for a maximum of 2 hours per day between 7am and sunset.

Pergola and BBQ

Located down the steps from the Clubhouse the Pergola, BBQ and Pool provide the prefect setting for that lazy weekend around the pool.
